- As an individual, your account Full Name must mirror the first and last name format on your ID.
- As a business or brand, you must show a connection between your valid ID and the brand.
- In addition, we will request that you present official documentation and an indication of how and where this specific brand is being used, such as a business or trademark registration, tax documentation, your brand’s website or social media presence.
- Your VERO Username and Full Name must adhere to our Community Guidelines. They cannot be used to impersonate or cause any confusion about who you are.
To submit a verification request:
