If you are unable to recall what your Password is while you are trying to log in to your VERO Account, you can always initiate a Password Reset from the Log In screen. You will receive a link in the email provided which will open in a browser where you can enter your new Password. Please choose one with a minimum of 6 characters. The Password can contain uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and any of the following special characters: [-().&@?’#,/“+].
To change your Password while logged out:
- Tap Log In.
- Tap Forgot your Password?
- Enter the email address associated to the Account to receive instructions.
- An email with be sent with a reset link that is valid for 24 hours.
