To reset your password within the app:
- Tap on “Forgot your password?” only once on the login page
- Open the most recent "Reset Vero Password" email
- Tap the reset link (valid for 24 hours)
- A window opens, and you need to enter your new password twice (6 characters minimum required), and your password will be reset.
If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your account, please submit a request.
