Regarding e-mail changes, please, send us a message via the Vero app.
To contact us directly from within the app, go to:
- Dashboard (Profile icon)
- Settings (Cog icon) at the bottom right
- Contact support
- Choose a department:
- Support - for general questions or assistance using Vero.
- Hit send.
In the description field include:
- Current Email: email@example.com
- Change To Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Current Phone: +########## (please include country code, no dashes or spaces)
We will use your current phone to authenticate your account through SMS, and both your current and new email to communicate with you. If you have lost access to your current phone or email due to a misspelling or change in service, please be sure to indicate that condition as well in your response.
