How do I change my phone number?

Regarding phone number changes, please, send us a message via the Vero app.

To do so, go to:

  1. Dashboard (Profile icon)
  2. "?" (top left)
  3. Choose SUPPORT in the scrolling menu.

In the description field include:

  • Current Email: abc@def.xyz
  • Current Phone: +########## (please include country code, no dashes or spaces)
  • Change To Phone: +########## (please include country code, no dashes or spaces)

We will use your new phone to authenticate your account through SMS, and your current email to communicate with you. If you have lost access to your current phone or email due to a misspelling or change in service, please be sure to indicate that condition as well in your response.
