How do I change my verified username?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the username of your verified account. When we verified your account, we required you to provide us with proof to support your username. We cannot use that same proof to verify your new username.

What we can do, is remove the verification badge from your profile. You would then be free to change your username. If you would like to be verified under your new username, you would have to apply for verification.

Keep in mind that you will have to go through the verification process again and we cannot guarantee that your new username will be verified.

Please let us know if you would like us to remove the verification badge from your profile by writing us from the Vero app.

To send us a message via the app, please go to: 

  • Dashboard > "?" (top left) > Choose VERIFY MY ACCOUNT in the scrolling menu.
