The best way to report a bug to us is to send us a message from the Vero app.
To do so, go to:
Dashboard (Profile icon)
Settings (Cog icon) and Contact Support is at the bottom of the page.
There you can access to our guide directly and write to us by tapping the icon at the top right.
Then choose a department: Bug
Please include your logs.
Before sending your logs, it would be very interesting that you try to reproduce the issue and send us your message right after.
If you can't log in, please submit a request.
